I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management at Tilburg University.

Business-Level Strategy

I teach Business-Level Strategy at Tilburg University.
The course focuses on practical applications of Strategic Management, addressing in particular Business Level Strategy issues, such as understanding strategic position of a company (industry analysis, analysis of firm's capabilities and resources), evaluating strategic choices, and implementing the chosen strategies including evaluation of performance.

The course includes external and internal analysis, macro-environment analysis, international decision making, and corporate strategy decisions
